Ladies Golf Invitational Tournament

April 16th, 2009

April 16, 2009 dawned bright and sunny, and of course very windy for our first Desert Greens/Lakeview Invitational Golf Tournament. Everyone seemed very excited to get started playing. After a continental breakfast and going over the rules and regulations, we were under way about 9:00 a.m.

When play was done, the gentlemen so very kindly figured all the scores while the ladies enjoyed each other’s company and a luncheon catered by Lois Layne’s Deli.

In spite of the wind, we had some pretty decent scores for the tournament and the following awards were presented after the luncheon:
