Building the Bocce Court at

Desert Greens

The permanate bocce court come about when a group of residents played lawn bocce in the area of the 5th green. The disscussion of cutting the grass short between the green and Rivera Street seemed the most logical way to get a court at no cost. The grass course prove to be very difficult for some our resident to roll the ball effectively. We tried the new court at Pahrump city park and were hooked on a hard packed type court.

We continued bocce play every Wednesday evening till winter.
